Carnelian
Carnelian is a type of chalcedony that forms in bands that resemble bands of color on tree bark and is found in limestone deposits around the world. The color of its banding depends on the iron content in the stone. Carnelian is the stone of power and vitality. It’s been used in crystal healing for over 5,000 years, as it contains a small amount of iron and is believed to help strengthen muscles and bones.
