Shipping

Please allow 3-5 days processing time to pack and send orders. We ship via Australia Post (Standard Registered), and the estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days Australia-wide and 10-15 business days for international (tracked). For EU customers, we do not currently have the capability to collect and be registered for VAT taxes. We ship the DDU method, meaning that you are responsible for paying VAT and any duty fees upon arrival at the port of your country.

If you need additional options for your package not offered on our site, please send us a message on Instagram. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we do not have control over this once the package is in the hands of the delivery carrier.

Payment

Prices are listed on the site as USD, but if you are in Australia you can change the currency in the top right corner. We have it this way because our customers are from all over the world and USD is easiest to translate!

Payment is made through our website e-commerce system via Paypal. At checkout please provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Return Policy

In general, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please check photos and videos before purchasing. Also take note of the measurements of the piece!

Please don’t hesitate to send us an email if you have any questions or concerns!

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
